Phone Changer is an Outlook COM add-in that provides a folder property page that enables changing phone numbers or any part of phone numbers in bulk. It was originally developed for the book Professional Programming Outlook 2000, and is being made available through the kindness of Wrox Press.

 
Phone Changer Folder Property Page

To open the Phone Changer property page: right-click on any Contacts folder, select Properties and select the Wrox Phone Number Changer tab.
